To make a complaint, you must be able to identify the core function or functions you consider the certification authority has failed or is failing to carry out.
To be named as the complainant: if you wish to make a complaint you need to be prepared to be identified as the complainant in correspondence with the certification authority about your complaint (we do not accept anonymous complaints).
To sign a statement outlining your complaint: by signing the statement, you must be willing to be involved in an investigation if the Board decides to investigate your complaint (which may take a number of months).
